Community Guidelines
Community Guidelines
Last updated: January 1, 2026
These Community Guidelines explain how to use Uno respectfully and safely.
Not a social product
Uno is a commercial software template with a customer portal — not a public community or social feed.
Sensitive data
Sensitive data requires careful handling, limited sharing, and clear authorisation.
How to report
Report abuse, misuse, or security issues to rafal@piekara.me.
Introduction and purpose
These Community Guidelines explain how to use Uno responsibly, safely, and respectfully across uno.piekara.me and related communication channels.
Their goal is to protect users and other people whose data may appear in Uno. They complement the Privacy Policy and the Terms.
Scope
Uno is a commercial software template with a customer portal — a product for developers, not a public social network or discussion forum. These guidelines are written for that model.
In practice this means these guidelines apply mainly to use of the service, direct communication around it, and reports of abuse or security issues.
Using the website and forms
Use uno.piekara.me and any forms honestly and lawfully. Do not submit fake, automated, or misleading entries.
Do not use the site to probe, attack, or disrupt the service. Do not abuse support or contact channels for harassment, threats, or spam.
Respect and responsible use
Use of Uno should respect the dignity and privacy of others whose data is involved.
Uno must not be used to intimidate, surveil, control, shame, or manipulate another person.
Authorised access and managing data
Uno is intended for adult users. The primary account should be created by adults only.
You may add or maintain another person's data only if you have appropriate authority. Protect your devices, sign-in methods, and any shared-access settings.
Sensitive data and sharing rules
Content stored in Uno may include sensitive information, depending on how you use it.
Treat such information carefully and share only when there is a valid and appropriate reason. Convenient access does not equal permission to share without limits.
Limits of responsibility
Uno is a development tool. It does not replace professional software-development, security, legal, or tax services — responsibility for the products you build with it remains with you.
Logs, summaries, reminders, and notifications are helpers, not authoritative instructions.
Prohibited misuse
Some behaviour is out of scope regardless of context: harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, unauthorised access, scraping, attacking traffic, credential abuse, attempts to bypass safeguards, fraud, or harming another person.
Reports, review, and enforcement
To report abuse, misuse, harassment, a privacy issue, or another safety concern, write to rafal@piekara.me. This is not an emergency channel.
We may take proportionate action: a warning, feature limits, account suspension, or permanent removal. Severe cases may lead to immediate action without prior warning.
Changes to these guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines as Uno evolves.
Where changes are material, we update the effective date on this page and communicate them through suitable channels.
